KMA Prelude Concerts 2018-19 Season “Odyssey”

Kaleidoscope MusArt is pleased to launch Prelude Concerts – an initiative to discover and promote local young pianists. Prelude Concerts branch off the  KMA Young Talents Showcase project, designed for pianists of ages 18 and under.

Prelude Concerts will offer young pianists an opportunity to perform on some of the finest instruments displayed at the Steinway Piano Gallery Miami for the patrons of KMA Piano Concert Series. Performers for the Prelude Concerts will be chosen via recording based auditions, paneled by professional pianists and pedagogues.

Each Prelude Concert will consist of about 25 minutes of music, showcasing up to five pianists. If the number of selected applicants for a given date exceeds the allocated performance time,  performers will be scheduled/recommended for the next available concert date.
