CALL FOR SCORES 2020

Bagatelles for Beethoven

The year 2020 marks the 250th birthday of Ludwig van Beethoven. His imprint on the history of music is undeniable. Alongside his many achievements in large-scale genres, he firmly pinned the genre of Bagatelles on the world’s musical map. To honor Beethoven’s 250th birth year, we invite composers from around the world to submit Bagatelles for piano solo, piano four hands, violin and piano, and violin-clarinet-cello-piano quartet.

We are thrilled to collaborate with Unheard of // Ensemble and Duo Chromatica in selecting and presenting works scored for their instrumentation.
